Complete List of Pakistani Players in the Lanka Premier League 2024

A total of nine Pakistani players have been selected to participate in the upcoming Lanka Premier League 2024 (LPL), which will commence shortly after the 2024 T20I World Cup in the West Indies and USA.

Scheduled from July 1 to July 21, the LPL 2024 will feature significant involvement from Pakistani cricketers. The auction included over 420 players from 24 cricket-playing nations, including 154 Sri Lankan players.

During today’s auction, eight Pakistani players were signed by various teams. The Colombo Strikers, having already secured star all-rounder Shadab Khan, further bolstered their squad by signing fast bowler Mohammad Wasim for $20,000.

Dambulla Thunders made strategic acquisitions by picking up middle-order batsman Iftikhar Ahmed and talented young batsman Haider Ali, enhancing their batting lineup with depth and experience.

B-Love Kandy was also active in the auction, securing fast bowler Mohammad Hasnain for $30,000. Hasnain, renowned for his express pace, will be a critical addition to their bowling attack. Additionally, B-Love Candy retained wicketkeeper-batsman Muhammad Haris, a consistent performer, and power hitter Azam Khan, all-rounder Salman Ali Agha, and fast bowler Muhammad Ali in a strong squad.
