Opting to bat first after winning the toss, Peshawar Zalmi posted a competitive total of 179/8, with notable contributions from Haseebullah Khan scoring 37 runs and Arif Yaqood’s impressive bowling spell of 3/43. In response, Multan Sultans fought hard but fell short, being bowled out for 174 runs despite a valiant effort from Dawid Malan, who scored 52 runs.
